Why the gender pay gap matters
More than an issue of fairness and equality, but an issue of good
business sense.
Research shows that organisations which have different perspectives
are more creative and innovative.1
Highly inclusive organisations are 120% more capable of meeting
Financial goals and generate 1.4 times revenue. Businesses that are
more diverse increase their cash flow.2
Gender diversity has been found to provide a competitive edge and
companies in the top quartile for gender or racial/ethnic diversity are
have better financial returns among their national industry means.3
