Goals& Learning Outcomes:
Participantswill understandthe basicsof sexual assaultprevention andbystanderintervention
as it relatestothe Greekcommunity.
Participantswill engageindialoguewithinterfraternal brothersandsistersaboutthe impact
sexual assaultpreventioncanhave onGreekorganizations.
Participantswill be able toprovide contactinformationorresourcesoncampusto membersof
the Greekcommunity.
Participantswill learnhowtocreate safe environmentsfortheirchaptermembers.
Participantswill implementanactionplanforinformationtobe sharedwiththeirchapter
membersinthe upcomingsemester.
Expectationsof GreekPeerAdvocate
Attendance atthe seven,one hourtrainingsessionsisrequired.
Servesasa consultanttoGreekcommunityandchaptersineducation,awareness,andadvocacy
for sexual assaultprevention.
Providesresourcesandeducational informationtogroupmembers.
Completionof self-reflective journalsandactionplanforimplementationweek-to-week.
Maintainsprivacyand respectsindividuals.
Be aware of Universityprocedures.
