2. Fiscus Central has a specific focus centered on funding projects and
strategies that are crypto and DeFi based. This focus includes financing
stablecoin yield farming, lending pools (for FISC and other tokens), liquidity
pools, nodes, mining, metaverse, and the support and furtherance of Fiscus
Plus.
Fiscus Central allows Fiscus to not only benefit from on-chain projects and
DeFi strategies, but also back new on-chain projects without taking on
substantial risk. The benefits for NFT holders is outsized in comparison to
the other Fiscus Funds as the on-chain projects and strategies have both a
shorter development timeframe and larger project royalties relative to
their size. Additionally, Fiscus Central has been structured with a 20%
royalty minimum in lieu of 7%, providing additional benefits for NFT holders
and the Fiscus Treasury.

5. Fiscus Central.
All on-chain, crypto, decentralized finance, metaverse, mining and
their peripherals will be structured within Fiscus Central. In
addition, the Fiscus Plus program resides in Fiscus Central.
Larger rewards and royalties based on the current on-chain
climate. Fiscus Central also will serve as the on-chain R&D arm of
Fiscus with relation to on-chain advances and leading strategies.
