1. My first myth of entrepreneurship is that it takes a lot of money to finance a new business. In a
typical startup of a business has a cost of $25,000. An entrepreneur can borrow and/or rent
instead of buying things. The myth banks don’t lend money to start-ups is a common myth,
when in fact data shows that banks account for sixteen percent of all companies two years or
younger. Financing through banks is high in perspective when comparing with entrepreneurs
who receive fund through trade creditors of the source most individuals consider going to first:
family and friends. My last myth is that the growth of start-ups depends on an entrepreneur’s
talents more than the industry in which the business is created in. The industry that one would
start-up is a major factor in growth. An entrepreneur has to research and understand though
entrepreneurship generates wealth that the cash flow is evenly distributed.
