4. OpenAI is an artificial intelligence research laboratory
consisting of a team of researchers and engineers
dedicated to advancing the field of artificial intelligence
in a responsible and beneficial manner. It was founded in
2015 by a group of prominent technology industry
leaders, including Elon Musk and Sam Altman, and is
headquartered in San Francisco, California.
OpenAI's research focuses on developing advanced AI
models and systems that can perform a wide range of
tasks, including natural language processing, computer
vision, robotics, and gaming.

7. ChatGPT is a large language model developed by
OpenAI, based on the GPT-3 architecture and launched

8. ChatGPT works by utilizing a deep neural network architecture called a transformer. The model has been trained on
vast amounts of text data and has learned to generate human-like text through its exposure to various writing styles,
topics, and languages.
When given an input prompt, ChatGPT processes it through its transformer network, which consists of multiple
encoding and decoding layers. The encoding layers extract meaning and context from the input text, resulting in a
numerical representation of the text that can be used by the decoding layers to generate new text.
The decoding layers use a self-attention mechanism to predict the most likely next word or phrase in the generated
text based on the context provided by the input.
