• Reduce the cost of payrol
• Increase resources to invest in sales growth
If we decrease the number of positions and levels in the organization,
we’ll generate savings and increase sales
Focus on profitable product lines
• Increase sales levels in key product lines
• Eliminate product lines with negative profit
• Win ability to reinforce high potential LOB or open new LOB
By focusing efforts on profitable product lines, the company will stop
losing money and will open new possibilities to increase profit
Move to on line model
• Reduce cost of sales: Payrol, resources, etc
• Increase sales coverage: New customers, new markets, 7x24x365
• Increase scalability: Growth anytime, anywhere
