3. Make Notes
Notes are important . So following things must be noted separately as pptx file for better
understanding and record.
Note : The note must be very detailed and must include all the necessary information.
 SQL quires Files in which query is written, and on what table it is acting, and the result must
be noted (quires must be numbered with in the file).
 Scripts Names of Scripts must be listed , and reference to the pages from this is redirected ,
and the basic functionality of the script.
 Algorithms and Logics Algorithms and logics for an action must be elaborated in simple
words to understand it, one must refer to query used in algorithm , the script on which that
logic is created must be refereed as well. (we may argue on the algorithms in order to improve
them )
 Form Input Names and Form Actions Names of Input fields and names of scripts that are
used as Form action must be noted along with the location and purpose of form.

4. UI Scheme
User Interface is important ! So following rules must be followed in order to maintain same
UI Scheme
 Same color scheme
 Different colors for different alerts
 Layout must look same
 Use same color for repeated elements
 One style sheet
 Same font set
 One UI library

We must discus our daily progress with each other to let others know about out today’s
progress and problem we solved and challenges we took and overcome.

7. Follow Time Table
Time is important ! so we must follow a schedule in order to complete our project in
time
Time tracking would help us to stay on time and track of our work. Deadlines is a fact,
and completing this project on time is important.
