Managed a team of manufacturing/test engineers and technicians to support factory test, manufacturing, RMA and refurb processes.
 Developed in house test GUI and complete manufacturing test solution to ensure freedom to move production to any CM.

Managed manufacturing team, CM engineers, and suppliers to establishing processes and standards for a startup company
 Successfully led manufacturing engineering team in transferring complete product line from one CM to another while
improving factory yields, manufacturing & test processes, and providing hands-on training.
 Closely worked with design engineering and program management to ensure smooth transition of NPI into production by
performing DFT & DFM analysis, providing feedback on component selection and supplier qualification.
 Led a team to develop a new process to pre-license high runner platforms, which allowed pick and ship model, reduced
