WORK EXPERIENCE

                                           ENGRO FOOD DAIRY PLANT
                                           QC LINE LAB
                                           DECEMBER 2007 to 7 APRIL 2011




   My major responsibilities are as following (In Dairy Plant)
   1. To provide comprehensive Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint of current
      and new products.

   2. To develop Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
      development microbiology analysis and plan within budgetary constraints.

   3. To implement Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
      development microbiology analysis Program.
4. To Ensure that Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
   development program and services meet the needs of Engro foods ltd.

5. To provide direction and development of staff to ensure program delivery, and
   perform annual performance evaluation of subordinate staff.

6. To coordinate with production and milk procurement departments to increase Quality
   Assurance, Shelf life of product.

7. To establish operating manuals for QA and Microbiology, for easiness in subordinates’
   working.

8. Initiate & Lead continuous improvement initiatives of process quality assurance by
   studying thoroughly product development process and then training his subordinates
   about them.

9. Ensure proper documentation and logging of quality assurance tests and continuous
   improvement activities records.

10. Assist in preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.

11. To conduct audit of finished goods / raw materials / packaging supplies.

12. To implement the procedures for Quality Assurance/ trouble shooting of finished
    products

13. To provide assistance to ensure programs and services are delivered through
    coordination

14. To provide comprehensive Physico-chemical analysis of all incoming raw materials
    finished products and packaging materials.

15. To participate in the development of SOP’s, WBI’s and quality standards for all
    testing and analysis methods.

16. To maintain inventory of chemicals, glass wares and stationary.

17. MSDS of chemicals and get follow up for all analysis and report to higher authority.

18. Follow Operating manuals for Physical & Chemical analysis
19. To provide input in developing comprehensive Quality Assurance procedures and
    guidelines,    determination    of      product    shelf  life and    product
    improvement/development.

20. To implement procedures and processes for regular testing and monitoring of critical
    control points and process parameters, ensuring consistency in production processes
    and finished goods quality.

21. To accept additional duties and other tasks in area other than initially assigned for
    reasons of flexibility and availability of work.
ENGRO FODS

My major responsibilities are as following (In Ice Cream Plant)

0. To provide direction and development of staff to ensure program delivery, and perform
   annual performance evaluation of subordinate staff.

1. Responsible for smooth Mix testing to check quality of mix and analyze.

2. To analyze pasteurization of mixes in order to ensure standardization is it according to
   standards.

3. To analyze all final products for quality check and to ensure all works are under SOP’s and
   WBI’s.

4. To analyze all products during process at regular pattern for quality check.

5. To train and guide subordinates for efficient working and evaluate their performance.

6. Participate in safety meetings, to ensure compliance of PPE’s and work permits for safe
   operation.

7. To ensure all operations are carried out within set norms according to approved SOP’s and
   WBI’s.

8. Ensure proper documentation and logging of quality assurance tests and make continuous
   improvement in finished products.

     Assist in preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance

   Handle the PQC of the products

   Use of Autoclaves, sterilizers, UV light, Micro Pipettes, Microscopes, Viscometer, pH
   meter, TDS meter, BOD, COD, Somatic cell count, Air Sampler, Hygiene meter, Fat
   analysis apparatus and other machines.
