My major responsibilities are as following (In Dairy Plant)
1. To provide comprehensive Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint of current
and new products.
2. To develop Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
development microbiology analysis and plan within budgetary constraints.
3. To implement Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
development microbiology analysis Program.
2. 4. To Ensure that Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
development program and services meet the needs of Engro foods ltd.
5. To provide direction and development of staff to ensure program delivery, and
perform annual performance evaluation of subordinate staff.
6. To coordinate with production and milk procurement departments to increase Quality

1. Responsible for smooth Mix testing to check quality of mix and analyze.
2. To analyze pasteurization of mixes in order to ensure standardization is it according to
standards.
3. To analyze all final products for quality check and to ensure all works are under SOP’s and
WBI’s.
4. To analyze all products during process at regular pattern for quality check.
5. To train and guide subordinates for efficient working and evaluate their performance.
6. Participate in safety meetings, to ensure compliance of PPE’s and work permits for safe
operation.
7. To ensure all operations are carried out within set norms according to approved SOP’s and
WBI’s.
8. Ensure proper documentation and logging of quality assurance tests and make continuous
improvement in finished products.
