4.4 million square feet, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport Terminal 2 is expected to serve 40
million travelers per year and Iconic ATC Tower. The new terminal combines international and
domestic passenger services under one roof, optimizing terminal operations and reducing passenger
walking distances. Traditional Indian pavilions, the new four-story terminal stacks a grand “head
house,” or central processing podium, on top of highly adaptable and modular concourses below.
Rather than compartmentalizing terminal functions, all concourses radiate outwards from a central
processing core permitting them to travel between domestic and international service.

Seawoods, located in Maharashtra, India, will be a prime destination for urban shopping and
entertainment catering to the residents of Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. Weaving together a
retail/mixed-use development with office, hospitality, and residential units above a newly designed
train station. A forward thinking eco-urbanism design allows people to live, work, commute, and shop
in a single pedestrian friendly environment. Spaces for entertainment, gaming sports activities, youth
entertainment, and differentiated shopping experiences will be created in this lifestyle mixed-use
development. Project includes 1.5 million SF of world-class retail/mixed use space along with 3.1
million SF feet of Class A office space, 1.4 million SF of parking and support space, and a 520,000-
square-foot rail station. It is expected to draw domestic and international companies to conduct
business in Navi Mumbai.
