The ProHEALTH Foundation aims to promote healthy lifestyles through sports and physical activity. It organizes running events and programs in tier 3 and 4 cities in India to educate people on health, identify athletic talent, and address the growing burden of disease. The foundation focuses on running because it is inclusive, economical, and encourages lifelong participation and health benefits. Its first event was the Tanjore Rural Marathon in 2013.
