Focused on keeping user needs at the heart of service design, I'm currently helping Ministry of Justice Digital team deliver access to justice through designing digital services which are simple and easy to use.
My role involves identifying problem areas which require better understanding through research, conducting and translating quantitative and qualitative findings into recommendations. This is often followed by designing prototypes which can be tested with users and iterated on towards a more tangible solution to the problem.
A key responsibility includes presenting research findings and recommendations backed with evidence, to key stakeholders in the department.
