 Distribution and Warehouse Management
 To ensure statutorylaws,excise rulesandregulationsare compliedwith. Liaisonwith the state excise
authorities for seamless operations.
 To effectivelymanage the distributionoperationstoensure the smooth flow of the finished products
fromthe plantto the regional distributioncenters/warehousesandultimatelyto the retail/customer
locations.
 To maintain GWP at the warehouses. To ensure optimum capacity utilization of warehouse through
proper storage layouts of warehouse goods/material placement, inventory movement and
maintenance of the warehouse. To Conduct regular checks/audits on hygiene, safety, housekeeping
and warehouse records.
 To maintain safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures with 100%
compliance to all SOPs and statutory requirements.
 To ensure complete stock accuracy preventing any stock inadequacy/excess. Conduct stock audits
regularly and ensure reconciliation and inventory adjustments with ZERO inventory difference
 Highlight concern areas in 3PL performance to enable Zonal SC Manager to Track and monitor
performance against KPIs and service levels; Support in taking corrective actions to improve overall
3PL performance.
 Drive implementation of FIFO, FEFO and Batch management in the warehouse, ensuring rotation of
stocks according to the ageing level.
 Label Registrations: Ensure timely coordination with for registration of labels in the region by
coordinating with procurement/excise team so that there are no delays in product supplies due to
label registration issues.
 Transportation management
 To work closelywiththe Zonal SCManagerin formulatingandimplementing processes that lead to
transport efficiency and optimal service levels. Ensure 100% orders are executed within the
timelines
 To ensure statutory laws, excise rules and regulations are complied with.
 To ensure 100% use of compliantvehicles for all distribution / sales movement in the region, with
strict adherence to disciplined stock movement and delivery schedules
 To highlight concern areas in transporter performance to enable Zonal SC Manager to Track and
monitor transporters performance against KPIs and service levels; Support in taking corrective
actions to improve overall transportation performance.
 To liaison with the Finance team and transporters on detention, accidental and disputed cases,
ensuring timely submission of Insurance Claims documents.
 Order Management and Fulfilment
 To work closely with the Supply chain teams and ensure indents/permits are generated and
executed on time, maintaining high levels of accuracy of the orders.
 To work closely with the Regional office on Excise Duty requirements and reconciliation of Excise
Duty. Maintain and track excise records ensuring timely submission of MIS reports to Finance and
excise teams
 To maintainhighlevelsof customersatisfactionw.r.t.classof SKUsservicedfromthe manufacturing
location as per the inventory policies rolled out.
 CAPEX Management
 To work closely with the Regional Supply chain team and to ensure dispatch related CAPEX
requirement are fulfilled.
 To follow up for Release & Track PO for supply chain related Capex requirement of the factory.
 To support Manager while negotiations with vendors & demonstrate quality negotiation skills.
