PROFILE
During my career I have gained diverse experience from various duties in the fields of Customer
Service, where I have been involved in alla relevant tasks. I have proven skills to proactively
make sure that the Customers have been satisfied above and beyond expectations.
My responsibilities have required flexibility, analytical thinking and deep understanding of a
company’s business processes as well as the customer’s needs.

05/2014 – 06/2015 Customer Service & Logistics - Supply Chain Analyst
(Fixed-term Temporary Contract) PepsiCo International / Bern
At PepsiCo International I was recruited to cover a fixed period temporary contract working in
the Customer Service and Logistics Function as Supply Chain Analyst. Here my duties
involved interacting with all production sites and market units across the Europe geography.
I was tasked to collect all key supply chain performance data and consolidate this data to create
the Europe Business Sector KPI reports that were distributed to the senior executives.
I achieved all reporting deadlines consistently, producing all reports to the required standards
and lead the presentation of a report each month to the target audience.
Additionally I have made improvements to the reporting function by identifying and problem
solving historical data and calculation errors that were embedded in the complexities of the
tools being used. During this tenure I have challenged myself to learn a new industry and
expanded my skill-set, developing my skills in Excel and understanding the wider supply chain
function role within the business activities.

outs, controlling them and issue payments as per contracts.
