The McIntosh Trail Community Service Board is a public
entity created to provide mental health, developmental
disability and addictive disease services. Liberty was called
in after McIntosh Trail suffered a catastrophic failure of
their email server. After fixing the email issues, Liberty
Technology has implemented an enterprise-wide VOIP
system and consolidated their multiple Internet Service
Providers (ISP). In addition, Liberty Technology handles a
substantial amount of daily support requests covering their
seven-county footprint.
