Digital marketing is a type of marketing that makes use of electronic devices such as websites,
radio, computers, tablets, smart phones, digital billboards to advertise and promote products
and services.
Making people aware of your brand using various channels on internet to build your strong
customer base is also known as Digital Marketing. Various medium which performs digital
marketing program are website, search engine marketing, pay per click, email marketing,
banner advertisements, social media marketing, webinars, e-newsletters etc.
The major different between the marketing and digital marketing is that the ability to quantify
the result of marketing campaign.
Digital marketing takes advantage of digital medium to create a focused, unified and
measurable communications methodology which can help companies in getting their right
audience in short span of time.
It covers a number of different areas such as Affiliate marketing, SEO, web design, PPC and
social media. In this digital world, the information is travelling at the speed of light through
internet. Currently people are not interest about what company creates; they are interested in
how specific brands can help the standard of living and their lifestyle.
To get success in Digital marketing, you must understand your customer and you should convey
a clear message to them about what you offering them. It’s about how interesting and
