I am in charge of a newly appointed team working with digital communication and online issues for Chalmers University of Technology. The team's primary mission is to plan for, improve and follow up on Chalmers' official online and social media channels, as well as guiding the organization in all things digital/online. Our initial focus is setting up analytics, goals and key performance indicators for the channels. The working motto is "guess less, measure more" and the aim is to improve Chalmers' ability to more efficiently reach its target groups with messages that are relevant to them.
