without the traditional permanent workforce. This expert panel have all some fascinating experiences
of dealing with this challenge with some of the largest and most complex organisations.

Tim Ebbeck,
Tim is a board director with CPA Australia, Techfront Australia, Nvoi, as well as having been a CEO
with corporate giants including Oracle, NBN, SAP and W3 Digital. Tim. Tim describes himself as a
transformational business leader with an approach rooted in his first class cricket background.
Wayne Gates
Wayne is the Director of Business Development and Growth for Service NSW, an award-winning NSW
government initiative delivering improved one-stop services for government customers. Wayne has an
extensive executive career across both government and NGOs and was responsible for leading over
10 change management projects taking Camp Breakaway from a traditional charity mindset to a self-
funding innovative social enterprise. Wayne holds an MBA from Macquarie University and is a sought
after change agent.
Domini Stuart
Domini writes for business publications including Company Director, Listed@ASX and NAB’s online
business, health and agriculture magazines. As a speaker and author, she draws on her own
experiences to demonstrate how small steps can help us to build physical and emotional resilience in
the face of challenge.
