DuPont's Circuits and Packaging Materials Business (CPM) is a global manufacturer ofa broad array of high
performance films and laminate materials used in the electronic industry. Our products are used extensively in
aircraft, automotive, high speed trains,personal electronics,and militaryequipment. Global manufacturing facilities
consistofpolymer manufacturing,film casting,high temperature lamination and numerous converting operations
such as coating,heat treatment,and extensive slitting operations. Your global team will consistofsupplychain
professionals across the United States,Europe,Taiwan,and China. The position will reportdirectly to the Global
Supply Chain Leader and will be responsible for providing the required leadership and oversightto effectively
execute the CPM supplychain strategies in supportofthe CPM business global and regional objectives.
Responsibilities
The CPM Global Supply Chain Manager is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness ofthe global
supplychain resources and activities with respectto service,cost, and investment,and for developing and
executing appropriate tactics to ensure performance targets are achieved. This role will coordinate supply
chain improvementactivities in all aspects ofthe Source-Plan-Make-Deliver space for CPM supplychain
activities, and to drive standardization,simplification,and speed across the global supplychain
Develops,integrates and executes the supplychain strategy and plan in supportofthe business and
functional strategies/COTs,and meets customer needs through integrated processes,systems (SAP APO,
SmartOps, etc.) and use of technology while balancing inventory, service levels and overall costs to serve
Establishes the supplychain performance targets and evaluates actual performance in supportof
business and functional strategies
Balances the risks associated with the supplychain and currentplans and the options and contingencies
to mitigate them
Represents the supplychain capabilities for the short(0 – 3 months),mid (3 – 24 months) and long-term
(5 year plan) horizons
Identifies the appropriate models necessaryfor supplychain optimization and recommends actions to the
Business team
Manages the activities,performance,development,and capabilities ofthe supplychain professionals
needed to supportthe supplychain and associated activities
Optimizes total delivered costby balancing the impactof the manufacturing location on sourcing,logistics,
and manufacturing costs. Works with sourcing and logistics organizations to provide forecasts and key
costoptimization opportunities
Performs required SOX controls and establishes remediation plans for any controls that are not effective
Forecasts,analyzes and develops improvementplans for Finished ProductDistribution Expense (FPDE)
and Financial Inventory Days Supply (IDS) and Non-Productive Inventory (NPI). Reports End to End
Supply Chain metrics
Leads integration and cross functional communication ofthe supplychain plans. Key interfaces include:
Supply Chain Leader,Business Leadership,Sourcing,Logistics,Manufacturing,Regional Sales &
Marketing/Demand,Customer Service,etc.
Defines,prioritizes and manages Lean/SixSigma projectactivities in pursuitof supplychain improvement
Builds and ensures capabilityand leveragability in supplychain processes and bestpractices and their
execution across all businesses and functions globally
Manages raw materials,semi-finished and finished goods distribution and inventory plans
With the Demand Manager and Customer Service,defines and communicates order acceptance and
handling policies thatbalance customer requirements with supplychain capabilities
Works as an integral leader in the DIBM process. Leads the appropriate portions ofthe monthly Supply
Review
Develops and maintains policies and procedures for safetystock, lead time,MTO / MTS strategies,
consignmentstock,schedule changes and appropriate approvals

export control
Owns the integrity of data in applicable systems
Knowledge, Skills& Abilities:
Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment with strong global business acumen
Fluent in English - both written and spoken. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present
to all levels of an organization internally and externally and proactively work and cooperate with other departments
and customers

Qualifications
Required
BS/BA required; Supply Chain, Business, or Technical field preferred
Minimum of 15 Years of Supply Chain experience required - supply chain
professional experience, and/or manufacturing management experience (area and/or
unit manager) required
Minimum of 5 years Management experience within a matrix organizational structure
required
APICS CPIM Certification strongly preferred (may be obtained on the job within 18
months) required
SAP required; APO competency preferred
Six Sigma Certification required
Preferred
Experience in managing a globally diverse organization (North America, Europe and
Asia) and work across cultures and geographies effectively
3. Experience in a complex manufacturing industry with a strong background in complex,
systemic change initiatives
