Andrew is an experienced technology leader in the NHS, with a background as a PCT Chief Information Officer and more recently providing Commissioning Support to a range of Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS England, with South, Central and West CSU. Expert in digital health programmes, Integrated Digital Care Records, Commissioning Intelligence, and supporting complex technology-based change programmes through wide stakeholder engagement. This has included the development of the Oxfordshire Care Summary, supporting system-wide digital strategy development, and currently working on Local Digital Roadmaps with a range of local health and care communities.
