Andrew S. Rapacke is Registered Patent Agent, pending admission to the Florida Bar, and he practices in the area of patent prosecution in support of the Firm’s Electrical and Computer Technology Practice Group in addition to the Medical Device and Life Science Practice Group. He also supports the Litigation and Dispute Practice Group. Mr. Rapacke earned his J.D. from the Florida State University School of Law, where he was named to the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity, was a Member of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, and recipient of the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. He is a candidate for an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
