facilitates cross-border cooperation and pooling of resources and competencies in both executive search and
HR consulting or talent management projects. It also allows better response to client needs, especially for

AIMS International, initiated its presence in the Greek market in 1999, through partnership with the Greek
business consulting company PRIAMOS S.A with the aim to offer services that would make a difference in
the area of Executive Search and Selection in Greece.
PRIAMOS S.A., business consultants, was founded in 1987 and soon its core business became Executive
Search and Selection. In 2009, the company became AIMS International Hellas S.A., reinforcing its
relationship with AIMS International, the leading Executive Search organization.

Our Approach
AIMS International proposes a comprehensive approach that will cover the needs of the Client from the
beginning of the Project until the final placement of the most suitable candidate. Our strategy is based on the
following elements:
(a) Formulation/Confirmation of a complete and solid role/job description for the position, based on:
i. the values, the mission and the vision of the Client.
ii. the expectations of the shareholders.
iii. the required experience, competencies, skills and desired behaviors
iv. the dynamics of the current political, economic and business environment as well as the
dynamics inside the Organisation.
v. the requirements of the regulatory framework.
vi. the available resources and occupational standards.
(b) Multichannel search in local and international market which will include Direct Search, Referrals and
Data Base Selection.
(c) Transparent evaluation of all candidates based on a predefined evaluation framework.
(d) Extended reference checking for the shortlisted candidates.
(e) Highly experienced and diverse Project Team that combine both Search and Evaluation capabilities.
(f) Sound Project Management and seamless communication with the Client.

In the following section we describe in more depth our proposed methodology in order to provide you an
insight on how we are planning to address the project and support the Client in selecting the most suitable
candidates for each position.

Our Methodology
Overview
Our Project Director will take full responsibility for all the proposed activities and the successful project
delivery. Our project team members will familiarize themselves with the Client’s operations, corporate
governance scheme, organization, structure, culture and interactions with stakeholders and subsidiary
companies. Based on the draft Role Profile, we will become acquainted with the future work environment of
the candidates and focus the activity intensively on both the general and position-specific abilities required.
The team will also analyze and consolidate the characteristics that are critical in selecting the right
candidates. We will also assist the Client to establish a solid and transparent evaluation framework and
process that will be implemented within the selection process.
Based on the Job Profile, the potential applicant market and other relevant circumstances, AIMS International
will deploy a multichannel Search and Selection process in order to maximize the potential result. We will
address the local and international market with focus on MENA, South Europe and UK engaging our
international resources to attract the most suitable candidates. We have the capability to execute all sourcing
methods:
• Executive Search (direct search) to predefined and targeted organizations in the addressable market
which will include Direct Search, Referrals and Data Base Selection (limit off organizations will be
excluded)
• Network and Database search. We have an extended network of professionals to collect reliable
references on specific candidates as well as a fully updated data base of available candidates.
• Referrals from our extended professional network within the specific sector
Our absolute commitment to high business standards and ethics will guarantee that all the candidates will
receive exactly the same treatment throughout the process and your reputation will be safeguarded at the
maximum level.
Please note that we can also perform a job opening advertising to selected media although this is not
suggested, especially under the current labor market circumstances.
Methodology
I Project Definition
The scope of this phase is to establish a clear and common understanding of the client’s needs, the role
specifications and the requirements of the position.
• We conduct workshops with the Client in order to understand in detail the Client’s needs, the
positions’ impact and the job specifications.

• We analyse the company's operation and performance, the organizational structure and
culture, the job description, reporting relationships and approach to employment.
• A written report, ‘Company and Job Profile’, is produced and is approved by the Client. This
report will be used throughout the Search and Selection process as the basic information
document and as a confirmation of the requirements of the position.
• We also identify the target companies and compile a precise Search Plan which will be
followed by our consultants to conduct Direct Search.
II Search and Selection Process
AIMS International will deploy a multichannel Search and Selection process which includes:
▪ Direct Search: We will target the search specifically to people within organizations that are of specific
interest to the Client and for the position in question. The Project team will compile a list of targeted
organizations based on the experience of AIMS International and on the criteria to be set jointly with
the Client. The list will be presented by the Project Director and discussed (and modified if so required)
with the Client to ensure that off limits organizations will be excluded.
▪ Network and Data Base Search: The third channel to be used is our professional network and data
bases. Always under strict confidentiality we will approach proven leaders that could offer their direct
references for suitable candidates. We will also use our fully updated database of profiles in order to
locate and contact directly suitable candidates.
▪ Referrals from our extended professional network within the specific sector
For this project we are planning to focus our Search and Selection efforts on candidates with proven track
record in relevant sectors that share common business models, operational principles and rules. We will also
extend our search to Greek and non-Greek candidates that live and work abroad and might be suitable for
the position and willing to relocate.
All the profiles that will be gathered from all selected channels, will be screened carefully and the candidates
that meet all the predefined criteria will get through the next stage.
III Evaluation & Assessment of Shortlisted candidates
We will assess the shortlisted candidates against the Competency Framework and desired competencies
with rating scores.

Using the Ariston Psychometric Series, we can assess up to 90 different evaluation factors calibrated on the
agreed competencies and behaviors. The reports of the psychometric assessment will be used to prepare
the competency-based interviews and set the base of the overall assessment.
ii. Structured Interviews
Two different Consultants will perform a structured interview with each candidate. At this stage, we will assess
the technical competencies, i.e. the specific knowledge & ability required for effective performance.
Through competency-based questions to assess the candidates against the desired competencies needed
for the specific role. Through this effective and insightful questioning, we will be able to identify the soft skills,
personal competencies, motivation, values of the candidate and make them concrete and visible.
iii. Reference checking
We will perform extended official reference checking to confirm our conclusions of add further perspectives
to our overall assessment. Our goal is to conduct 360o
references to light more intangible aspects of the
candidates’ personality and working culture.
IV Reporting and Presentation of Candidates
Information about the market and the candidates is conveyed to the Client in a clear and systematic way.
Project reports are delivered on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed with the Client.
V Presentation of Shortlist and Candidates reports
After the completion of the Assessment of the candidates, we will formulate and present a short list to the
Client. Together with the short list, we will deliver the candidates’ CVs and other supporting documents as
they are submitted by the candidates.
For each one of the shortlisted candidates, we will also provide an integrated candidate report. The report
will contain our evaluation of the candidates’ fit, based on the interviews, psychometric assessment, and the
results of the reference check.
Our target will be to present a shortlist of at least three (3) to four (4) suitable candidates for each position,
the Design Associate and the Development Associate.
After the detailed presentation of the shortlisted candidates, we will organize and coordinate the seamless
implementation of the interviews with the final candidates and all the administrative work that has to be done
for this reason.
VI Onboarding support
After, the final selection and appointment of each candidate, we will provide onboarding coaching to each
candidate, to assure that they will undertake their new roles and feel comfortable with their new
responsibilities.

Project Time plan
Our goal is to find the most suitable candidate who will best comply with the requirements of the position,
both in terms of professional and cultural compatibility features.
AIMS International Hellas will perform the search and selection of Candidates for the position which we agree
on and is covered by our Contract.
✓ Our target is to present a Short List of 3-4 Suitable Candidates to our Client, that fulfil the criteria
set.
✓ The project takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete, starting upon signature of the Search Contract and
finishing with the delivery of the Short List.
✓ AIMS guarantees a reliable and effective project delivery.
✓ AIMS guarantee: If for whatever reason the candidate leaves his/her new job within a period of six
months from the starting date, our firm is obliged to find a replacement, for one time, with no extra
charge to the client, except of course for any difference in our fee due to increased compensation
offered.

Our Offer
Our proposed fee is equal to 25% on the total gross annual remuneration that will be finally agreed with the
successful candidate (base salary plus bonus), with a minimum fee of €18.000 and is payable in three
instalments, spread over the delivery time of the Projects as follows:
✓ First instalment: one third (1/3) of our total fee (based on the budgeted total gross compensation
offered to the candidate) upon signing of contract.
✓ Second instalment: one third (1/3) respectively, upon presentation to the client of candidates in
accordance with the specifications of the position (short list).
✓ Third instalment: the remaining balance is payable upon signature of the employment offer with the
successful candidate.
The extra cost of the extra assessment services (optional) is €240 per candidate if you opt in for such a
service. AIMS invoices are paid 20 days from the date of issue of the corresponding invoice. VAT is not
included in the above-mentioned prices.
