Angeline is a Kenyan with over 26 years of experience in counselling and teaching. She is professional, dually
licensed as mental health and substance abuse counselor (LPC, LMHP& PLADC),she holds Master’s Degree in
clinical counseling, in addition to Master of Science in Human Services both from Bellevue University, Bellevue,
NE, USA. She also holds Bachelor of Education in Math & Chemistry, Egerton University and Masters of Science
in Educational Psychology from Kenyatta University.
Angeline taught in high school and lectured in a teacher training college for 10 and 2 years respectively where
she majored in guidance and counselling. In counselling and therapy work, she has specialized in developing and
implementing training programs in counselling and alternative healing therapy, referrals or home visits and
follow-ups, use of computer programs to help clients improve decision-making, abstract-reasoning, problem
solving, monitoring and evaluation of the counselling programed and production of monthly statistics and
reports
Angeline has worked with staff members, patients of all ages and backgrounds, families including mentally,
physically, developmentally, socially or emotionally disabled persons in Kenya and Omaha, NE in USA in
improving their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.
She therefore has a strong interpersonal skills required of a successful counsellor and therapist. She also has
good writing skills necessary for keeping track and completing records on a patient's progress toward goals.
Over the years she has ensured that proper client’s records are updated regularly and she has exercised
discretion, tact and accuracy in handling confidential information
She has over the last 7 years had the responsibility to do final evaluations and referrals and in today's
