pay careful attention to detail. The Client was very ‘hands on’, so there was close liaison between client and professional
teams and contractors.

Construction Manager : Refurbishment of interior reception area for investment company client in The City, EC4.
Design and build within budget. Very high end finishes and detail to all areas [stone, marble, glass]. CDM project.
Building is fully tenanted and requires a good client relationship with the landlords and tenants relating to noise, access
restrictions [lifts]/health and safety matters.

site location due to highways restrictions for deliveries etc – extensive liaison with Westminster Council.

Construction Manager: Complete project supervision and to lead and motivate the team the deliver the project within
programme and budget. Ensuring quality, health and safety and company procedures were adhered to. Liaising with
Client and their consultants to ensure the project ran smoothly and developed a client focused approach. Valuation
£52Million. Exceptionally high fit out in various rooms leather, timber floors, book-match stone, fibrous plastering,
high-end joinery cabinetry, leather floor details, timber board details with silk inlay. veneer panellings in rooms.

Project consists of lower basement dig out, mezzanine floor and ground floor. Valuation £3.5M. Working in a very
restricted area, working with council liaising officers to co-ordinate the job. The finishes to the job are at the top end of
the market.

Project Manager –new £18M family home in Golders Green Including stone and brick façade, different projections, hand
made clay tiled roof. Domed library, art room, 24-seater cinema, indoor pool. Bespoke joinery, American ash, back of
house joinery different veneers. Some internal finishes Crème de la Mer stone, Brasilian slate cladding to swimming
pool, egg and dart fibrous plastering, Gothic ceilings. Israelian style garden project.

Construction Manager – Ingliston House, Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water, Surrey
A new Palladian Manor [Total Value C£30M] Ingliston has been constructed using a reinforced concrete frame over a
waterproof construction reinforced basement. The frame is clad with solid load bearing masonry with ornate covings,
large columns and cornices. Internally it is fitted with sweeping and curved canilever stone staircases, ornate and grand
fibrous ceilings, niches, columns and pilasters, polished plaster walls, curved stone and marble flooring. Fine natural oak
flooring, fine carved fitted joinery and furniture. Fair faced stone cellars and a highly complex services installation
including underfloor heating, air conditioning, ducting, audio visual, light, security and control systems. Internal pool
with fountains external pool and gatehouse.
My main responsibility was the stone package [£7.5 million]. The stone cladding was Massangis limestone imported
from France.
I adopted a hands-on approach, with a team of 35 reporting to me – including masons, scaffolders, groundsmen,
carpenters as well as day to day liaison with architects, interior designers and surveyors and engineers.

Worked under strict guidelines with English Heritage on the conversation of a 1846 Grade II listed building into 10
luxury apartments. Conversion of stable block, coach house and other outbuildings. Set in a total of 27 acres, new builds
consisting of affordable housing, apartments, town houses up to executive 8 bedroom mansion houses. Including Section
106 works.

Nanhurst School, Cranleigh, Surrey - Site Manager
Grade II former boarding school, complete with science laboratories, stables, laundry rooms set in extensive grounds.
Conversion of main house and outbuildings into 16 luxury apartments and new build comprising apartments and

Nashdom Abbey, Taplow – Site Manager
Conversion of Lutyens mansion, originally built for Russian Prince. Latterly used by an Order of Monks as a monastry,
the building had been left empty for approx 7 years and was in a poor state of repair. Conversion of main house into 12
large apartments plus stables and coachhouse. Facilities included swimming pool, gym and jogging track around 17 Acre
site. Resales £350K - £895K.
