TIG provides Business Growth Programmes for small businesses, supported by networking events. I've produced several business development and personal development programmes and mentored many business owners. I qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management (now incorporated into the CIPD) while working for The British Printing Corporation in the 1980′s. Claim to fame: implemented the first set of Equal Opportunities legislation.
