Subject: ETL Transfer
Hello,
You have been keyed to a new location/position effective 8/31/14. Please give HROC 5‐7 business days to process your
transfer. You should see most access to your new location/position on Wednesday of next week (exceptions – myTime,
REDwire, and AP/Safety may take longer). If you don’t, please email me.
Some helpful reminders to make your transition easier:
If you carry a PCard, complete the Terms/Transfers Form so your account information is up‐to‐date. You can
find the form here (Stores Workbench | Shared Tools | PCard and Corporate Card | Purchasing Card Program |
Terms/Transfers Form). Your previous STL will need to approve any pending transactions BEFORE you submit
the form or they will not get approved in the system. Please review any current transactions and notify your
previous approver by the end of this week. STLs and ETLs that travel out of district only: If you carry an AMEX,
update your profile information in Concur including store location/address and approver.
Update your personal information in the Team Directory (see attached) to ensure SAP order address and
Outlook contact information is correct.
Go into the Talent Management System and update your Talent Profile (Stores Workbench | Career Spot |
Talent Profile).
If you have problems being tied to the correct Outlook distribution list after Wednesday, follow the attached
Distribution List Maintenance directions. You will want to be tied to a generic email ID based on your store
location and position (for example, if you are HR at T1392, request to be added to “T1392.HR.” For dual
positions, such as HR/AP, request both T1392.HR and T1392.AP). Your STL is your approver. For further
questions or troubleshooting, contact CSC.
For ongoing access issues with myTime, REDwire, or AP/Safety, please submit a mySupport web form. For all
other ongoing access issues, please contact me to troubleshoot.
