Being in a new position can be challenging – learning a new business and process at the best of times can make you feel
overwhelmed. Especially wanting to get everything right, and believe me there is a lot to get right in this business.
What we do is facilitate the ‘Registered Importing’ of a vehicle that a US resident has bought from a Canadian resident
…and that it gets over the border legally and the new owner can register and title their newly purchased vehicle in their
state.
This is a win for both parties; for that to happen we have to make sure all the moving parts are completely connected. I
certainly could not do that without the incredible team here at Crossborder, they are all always helping and contributing
to that success with me. So I happily share these kudos with the Crossborder Team of exceptional workmates! they truly

As a complete "rookie" at importing a car from Canada, particularly a Dodge Truck, Anna made the

the loop of the status during the entire transaction. The hardest part was the 30 day wait for my new
