Change Management for Managers – a valuable competency for growth
Why:
Because your portfolio of projects you have to deal with is increasing and you realize that’s not going to
stop ever. Your organization has to anticipate the trends coming from the market, to cope quickly with it.
Tomorrow, your department, your team will face a new challenge for sure! Their ability to be “change
ready” and to respond quicker than the competitors will clearly make the difference. In a few words:
“Grow different, be the daring managers”.
As managers you are the cornerstone between the leaders and your team members. You will learn how to
go beyond the regular training and communication efforts and to adopt a more holistic approach that
includes caring about individuals, hands-on coaching and effective talent development in the long-term.
What:
Whatever the type of project you go through such as new ERP system, new processes, an acquisition, a
fusion, etc. and whatever the stage you are in (before it starts, during the implementation or after the
official “go-live”), this program will help you:
- Build an understanding of your roles and responsibilities as a People manager during times of change;
- Develop internal change capabilities to be embedded into each initiative;
- Leverage individual strengths for active participation into the project and measure progresses.
Targets:
- People Managers who have direct reports that are impacted by a change;
Language: English or French
Duration:
- From one-day session to three-day seminar (can be customized to the need)
Countries: no specific constraints (travel costs from Luxembourg to be added)
Program outcomes:
This program will enable participants to:
- Consider Change Management as part of your real job;
- Assess your own performance as People Manager during times of change against current best
practice findings;
- Position yourself as a trusted “Change maker” manager that lead your team members through
change;
- Make the change sustainable thanks to some anticipated actions;
- Leverage the talent of your team members during the change and…afterwards!
- Lead focused effort that realize concrete & measurable results.

Additional output:
Beside training material, you have unlimited post-learning email and telephone access to Annebelle
Wuidar for 2 months to ask any questions as you start using your new Change Management skills.
Program cancellation policy:
A two-week cancellation policy is in effect. Only substitutions can be made within two weeks prior to the
