I am a poet and writing tutor, and a Senior Lecturer at the Graduate School of Education, University of Exeter. I pulished Riddance, my fourth collection of poems, with Worple Press in September 2012. Love for Now, a memoir of my experience of cancer, is out now from Impress Books. I research creative literacy practices in schools. I am especially interested in creating partnerships with teachers and academics in the field of poetry pedagogy.
