• Upgrading of existing water lines,

My responsibilities on the project were:
• I was the Senior Site Agent reporting directly to the Company CEO, client and relevant
stakeholders.
• Report monthly at the EXCO meeting on progress and profitability.
• Profit and loss reports on a monthly basis.
• Monthly evaluations, checking costing daily and monthly against revenue.
• Liaising with the client and engineer on progress and programme, budget and costing.
• Setting out on site, ensuring survey was correct.
• Calculations and measurement for monthly progress certificates.
• Monitoring production and costs, setting up weekly and monthly programmes.
• Managing all operations on site, signing off all time sheets and goods received vouchers.
• Ensuring a high standard of health and safety was achieved and that environmental systems
were followed.
• Ensuring the highest level of quality was achieved and maintained for the duration of the
contract.
