a Joint Venture between the Spark Minda, Ashok Minda Group of India and Furukawa of Japan. The Joint Venture
is a 51: 49 partnership with Spark Minda,Ashok Minda Group holding51% and Furukawa holding49%. .The
company develops and produces the entire range of wiringharness for four wheelers for its customers(Maruti
Suzuki, Honda, Nissan), and components related to wiring harness e.g. couplers, terminals, relay box, junction
box, and Steering Roll Connectors used for the airbag systems etc.
ROLES AND RESPONSBILITY AS A GET(PRODUCTION)[ASSEMBLY]-
 To achieveOverall production (Plan vs actual) responsibilities.
 Weekly and monthly presentation & MIS report preparation & its review.
 Data analysison daily,weekly & monthly basis.
