Engaging with related teams and functions for monitoring progress of deliverables, timelines & resources. Managing communication
within and outside the organization with regular business updates for senior management review. Successfully created a business
case and done the financial modeling for Rural Agency and Micro Insurance which got approved by management and currently in
implementation phase.
Product and channel gap analysis to determine engagement strategy with a prospect. Renewal tracking to ensure distribution team
prioritizes on-time renewal of existing accounts. Monitoring regulatory and market developments for spotting distribution opportunity:
individual and group life insurance guidelines, web aggregator guidelines, rural & micro insurance guidelines and guidelines for
common service centre (CSC).
