SKILLS & ABILITIES I love working with people, whether it’s the customer or my co-workers.
No matter what personality, I can always find a way to relate and get along
with people. I am very organized. I enjoy making lists, categorizing, or
creating schedules for time management. I liveby the saying of ‘work hard,
play hard’, so when I come to work I am ready to work hard through out my
shift to benefit the company in any way possible. Lastly I like to be clean. I
keep a tight and organized work area free from clutter.

As a hostess I was responsible for the organization and followthrough of the table seating
chart, as well as greeting and escorting customers to their table. As a take-out employee I
was responsible for taking care of any online or call-in orders which involvedtaking the
order, bagging the food, and completing the money transaction with the customer. When I
was promoted to waitress I was responsible for serving the in-house customer, which
involvedtaking the order, delivering the food, taking payment, and most importantly
making sure the customer is satisfied with their dinning experience.
