Robert Calvert is Hewlett Packard's B2B Integration Program Manager for the Americas. Based in
Tampa Florida, he is the business owner of HP's integration strategy with customers and partners,
enabling end-to-end electronic relationships. He has 13 years of eBusiness experience. Has the
longest supplier experience with Ariba within HP, beginning in 1999.
Chip Graham
Marketing Director, EBSCO
Chip has spent more than 12 years in various capacities at EBSCO. In his present role as
Marketing Director, he oversees the EIS marketing services group within Corporate
Communications that is responsible for meeting the marketing and communications needs of
EBSCO Information Services. He began this role in 2008, after successfully researching,
developing, and managing the introduction of EBSCO Information MarketPlace™ in his role as
Product Manager for this Web-based application for managing spend on magazines, books,
newspapers, and e-journal subscriptions. Chip has also held a variety of marketing and Internet
development roles at EBSCO Industries, Inc. for several divisions.
Michael Knipper

Michael Knipper is senior vice president of Enterprise Services at The Hartford Financial Services
Group, Inc. He is responsible for the delivery and governance of three key areas of shared
enterprise service: Workplace Resources, Corporate Procurement and Procurement Technology
& Operations. Prior to joining The Hartford in 2007, Knipper spent 11 years at ING Americas and
the former Aetna, based first in Hartford and then Atlanta. At ING he was responsible for
procurement, real estate, accounts payable and related functions for the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Chile. Prior to
joining Aetna, he worked for over 10 years for Doral Hotels & Resorts in various leadership positions at hotels in
Manhattan, Mexico, Pennsylvania and St. Maarten, N.A.
Bob Woodward
Investigative Reporter and Non-Fiction Author
Bob Woodward is regarded as one of America's preeminent investigative reporters and non-fiction
authors. He has worked for The Washington Post since 1971 as a reporter, and is currently an
associate editor of the Post. While a young reporter for The Washington Post in 1972, Woodward
was teamed up with Carl Bernstein; the two did much, but not all, of the original news reporting on
the Watergate scandal that led to numerous government investigations and the eventual
resignation of President Richard Nixon. Gene Roberts, former managing editor of The New York
Times has called the work of Woodward and Bernstein "maybe the single greatest reporting effort of all time."
Woodward has authored or coauthored 16 non-fiction books in the last 36 years. All 16 have been national
bestsellers and 12 of them have been #1 national non-fiction bestsellers – more #1 national non-fiction bestsellers
than any contemporary author. He has written multiple #1 national non-fiction bestsellers on a wide range of
subjects in each of the four decades he has been active as an author, from 1974 to 2010.
