Barbara Palframan Smith has had extensive corporate and consulting experience in organisational change, business and financial communication. She has
worked as a senior communicator across a wide range of business, industry and educational sectors. In addition to her consulting work, Barbara recently
held the role of Convenor and Lecturer in Public Relations Studies at Macquarie University in Sydney. Companies she has consulted to include: Feltex
Australia, Ipac Financial Services during its merger with AXA, IMB Australia, Auckland University of Technology.
Simon Covill is an experienced consultant, advisor and coach to leadership teams and practitioners on change management, organisational and cultural
transformation, stakeholder relations, communication and employee engagement. Simon is the former Head of Corporate Relations and Communications
at St.George Bank where he oversaw successful internal communication, PR and reputation management program for St.George during its merger with
Westpac (2008-2011). The program received a PRIA Golden Target Award. He is currently Internal Communications Manager, People & Culture, at the City
of Sydney where he is working on culture change, communication and leadership capability programs.
