В рамках мастер-класса в TechGarden рассказал о подходе, благодаря которому за последние 14 месяцев мы запустили более 100 мобильных продуктов, что происходит за занавесом (как выбираются идеи, как создается дизайн экранов интерфейса, как подбирается функционал для каждой из версии для борьбы с перфекционизмом и быстрого запуска, как происходит публикация в App Store/Google Play и эффективный запуск), какие продукты являются наиболее успешными и почему (таких меньшинство), какие продукты “не полетели” несмотря на наши планы (таких большинство) и каковы наши планы на будущее.

- 169. The last trap you might fall into after school is "getting ready." Don't get me wrong: learning is your top priority, but now the fastest way to learn is by doing. If you have a dream, you can spend a lifetime studying and planning and getting ready for it. What you should be doing is getting started.
