Undertook research to look at the impact of customer relationship management on online
reservation companies and also to look at the various strategies that is used by these online
reservation companies.
Designed and analysed quantitative and qualitative questionnaire to examine the
relationship between CRM and online reservation systems & companies in the hospitality
industry.
Analysed findings and produced report outlining successful strategies taken.
Concluded that customer satisfaction and loyalty are base factors of completing succession
in most organisations including online reservation systems in the hospitality industry that
use CRM as a marketing strategy.
