experience in the field. He credits much of his success to where
he has come from; that is, a family of doctors who have shown a
devotion to the medical field that is very similar to his own.

As Dr. Trabucco puts it, his hard work and
success is reflective of a trend in his family
tree: “I am an extremely dedicated
physician with a long family history of
doctors in our family dating back to the
1500s in Italy. We have all been pioneers in
the field of medicine and highly dedicated
to our patients.
I've dedicated my entire life to provide
patient safety and as I was chairman of
surgery in Arizona I developed a very
innovative committees entitled the
operating room safety committee. This was
a real time committee with every member
of the hospital to attend discussing any
patient mishaps or problems.
When it came down to the joint
commission to provide reaccreditation for
the hospital I was personally congratulated
for developing such an innovative
committee that not only did we receive a
reward for it but the hospital got
outstanding marks with the joint
commission and reaccreditation.”
