Air Energi’s best practice processes and global infrastructure have been built to
support the mobilisation and ongoing care of personnel on assignment. Locally
based global mobility experts are on hand both at point of origin and location
of assignment to manage placement administrative processes and mobilisation
logistics (contracts and compliance, visas, medical, security needs, flights and
temporary accommodation). They are also there to meet newcomers at the airport,
help introduce families to new communities and schools, and provide a personal
welcome, ongoing care and support services to personnel on assignment far from
