As a Support Coordinator for “Off The Cuff” University, a web
based university in Ventura County, your supervisor is the Chief
Financial Officer and demonstrates a “Controller” behavior style.
They repeatedly ask for information that you provide in a timely
fashion.
Recently, they have come down to your office and wait for
information and has started a habit of looking over your shoulder
while you prepare a document on the computer.
