U.SA. Which basically deals with many of the large organization to provide them a worker’s
compensation insurance facility so that they can easily handle all their staffs or employees
insurance task under one roof? basically they have 5 different business systems all are on
different databases. Now keeping track of each and every business unit is very difficult so they
need to have one centralized repository from where they can operate all their business units in
effective and timely manner. Data integrity, accuracy and quality are a major task here since a one
person may have taken facility from many business units so the chances of having a duplicate
record in the system are more.
