DPMI proposes to expand its network through franchising PAN India. DPMI Franchisee dept. would develop
model for partnership and would provide services towards planning and execution of the same.
6. Scope of Work
DPMI had two business model for establishing franchisee centres. Once the model is
established, DPMI would create a strategy for expansion through Franchising.

9. Project Initialization - Inception Meeting
DPMI franchise Sales & Marketing Head would carry out meeting with the key personnel or the Center head in order
to validate their objectives and understand their expectations. The meeting would assist in setting up a common
platform for the proposed assignment for both the teams i.e. DPMI and Center Head/Investor. The meeting (s) would
aim to achieve the following:
Discuss the projects in details
Obtain information on the investment planning details of the
franchisee
Obtain information on the expected growth viz. current
capabilities of the management/ planning.
Understand the specific goals and objectives of the
investor
Set a common platform of understanding and expectations
for the proposed exercise

Based on the scope of work, the consequent time that different team members would spend on the study and the
