Let's face it, the consumer journey is fragmented, and anyone who shows you a linear funnel is out of their mind. The good news is, I thrive on entropy. Whilst everyone scrambles to figure out what they can do with scattered attention, I return to the basics of human behaviour. Of course, I'll look at the top conversion paths, keyword bids, and click rates, but I'll also leverage "FOMO" in subject lines.
