 Use proven performance management tools to achieve results
 Engage, motivate and coach high, medium and low performers
 Provide feedback that gets results
 Confidently approach conflict and navigate through difficult conversations
 Identify when, where, and how to recognize employees for achievements
 Delegate in a way that others can and will take action
Day 3: Leading Teams

 Recognize common obstacles to team success and how to overcome them
 Identify stages of team development and how to move your team forward
 Facilitate effective team meetings
 Use proven methods for leading your team through change and transition
 Manage generational diversity within your team
 Build a team mindset that moves from “me” to “we”
Day 1: Leading Yourself

 Honestly assess your behavior and communication styles and learn how to alter your
approach when necessary
 Identify and utilize the different behavioral/communication styles of your employees
 “Flex” your style for greater effectiveness
 Practice self-care and resilience as necessary leadership skills
 Learn must-know information to source, interview and select the most qualified job
candidates
