- -Day and time matter when it comes to posting a tweet depending on what your follower’s/audience’s schedule is like based on school, sleep and work schedules -Putting yourself in your followers shoes and tweet something that you would retweet -Tweet more like “you, you, you” or even “us,us,us” -Use proper hashtags that actually relate to what you are saying
- -The tone of the tweet has to reflect the values perceived by the product/person/organization sending the tweet out -The tone has to also be consistent with past tweets -Decide if you want your twitter feed to be chatty and familiar to its audience or have a more authoritative persona -With only 140 characters it can get hard to tweet so make sure you keep it simple and easy for the consumers to digest
