I have worked closelywith AshleyBingham since I hired her onto the team as a temporary sales
associate for the store opening of Block 21, in July 2011. Ashley has stood out from her peers since
day one, and has continued to perform and advance within the store.
Ashley is reliable,focused, and task oriented. She is consistent in her VIBE, as well as with her work
ethic. I was initiallyimpressed with her enthusiasm, communication skills,and professional
demeanor when I hired her. Going above and beyond in all areas of customer service. Hard working
and motivated, Ashley is able to juggle tasks within her department and the store. She prioritizes
her tasks in order to meet store and company deadlines.Ashleyis on-point with deciding who our
customer is, what they are looking for, and how best to manage her time. Quality and accuracy are
motivators for Ashley.Possessing excellentcommunication skills,she has rapport with both with
the team and customers. Each shift she leaves detailednotes for the team, and keeps the managers
in the loop with written communication after every shift.
I would also describe Ashleyas organized and diligent.She voices her goals and continues towards
working on achieving them. Ashley ultimatelyproved herself to the management staff at Block 21
after running a successful housewares department as a full-time team leader with no manager.
Ashley eventuallymoved up into management, where she is currently the WACC manager.
Since interviewingAshleyalmost 3 years ago, I have always known that her dream was to work for
Home Office in some capacity. Ashleyis a great addition to any environment.
