  5. 5. CLEANROOMS / AIR HANDLING UNIT Cleanroom Overview  Cleanrooms are used in practically every industry where small particles can adversely affect the manufacturing process. They vary in size and complexity, and are used extensively in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical device and life sciences, as well as critical process manufacturing common in aerospace, optics, military and Department of Energy.  A cleanroom is any given contained space where provisions are made to reduce particulate contamination and control other environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure. The key component is the High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter that is used to trap particles that are 0.3 micron and larger in size. All of the air delivered to a cleanroom passes through HEPA filters, and in some cases where stringent cleanliness performance is necessary, Ultra Low Particulate Air (ULPA) filters are used.  Personnel selected to work in cleanrooms undergo extensive training in contamination control theory.   7. 7. HIGH PRESSURE GAS HANDLING SYSTEMS.  We are commissioning high pressure gas lining, from ¼ inches to 2.0 inches in any plant by welding process or detachable fitting process. We work in only stainless steel.  We manufacture high pressure manifolds system with connecting for any number of cylinder for any type of use like, to start turbines or any other rotary system or air water shower for firefighting system. Also, it is used in continues consumption of cylinder where gas is used continues.
  8. 8. GAS PURIFICATION PANELS  This purification panel is used for GC is to purify Gas for detector and to prevent oxidizing the Detector and Moisture. It prevents oxidizing and removes moisture from Air for flame up to 99.999% ppm. It is also used for ICP and ICP MS (Argon Gas Purification) for moisture free gas. BIO SAFETY CABINETS :-  A biosafety cabinet (BSC)—also called a biological safety cabinet or microbiological safety cabinet—is an enclosed, ventilated laboratory workspace for safely working with materials contaminated with (or potentially contaminated with) pathogens requiring a defined biosafety level. Several different types of BSC exist, differentiated by the degree of biocontainment required.  Purposes:-  The primary purpose of a BSC is to serve as a means to protect the laboratory worker and the surrounding environment from pathogens. All exhaust air is HEPA-filtered as it exits the biosafety cabinet, removing harmful bacteria and viruses .This is in contrast to a laminar flow clean bench, which blows unfiltered exhaust air towards the user and is not safe for work with pathogenic agents.Neither are most BSCs safe for use as fume hoods .Likewise, a fume hood fails to provide the environmental protection that HEPA filtration in a BSC would provide.[5] However, most classes of BSCs have a secondary purpose to maintain the sterility of materials inside (the "product").
  11. 11. GLOVE BOX.  A glovebox (or glove box) is a sealed container that is designed to allow one to manipulate objects where a separate atmosphere is desired. Built into the sides of the glovebox are gloves arranged in such a way that the user can place their hands into the gloves and perform tasks inside the box without breaking containment. Part or all of the box is usually transparent to allow the user to see what is being manipulated. Two types of glove boxes exist. The first allows a person to work with hazardous substances, such as radioactive materials or infectious disease agents, and the second allows manipulation of substances that must be contained within a very high purity inert atmosphere, such as argon or nitrogen. BOD INCUBATOR  Specially designed for the determination of Bio – chemical Oxygen Demand (B.O.D) with many more application which includes the examination of water, sewage and industrial waste, serum studies and storage of Vaccines, Insulin and liver extracts etc. Specification :-  Double walled inner 304 S.S. and exterior.  G.I.   14. 14. MUFFLE FURNACE  Specially designed for multiple use including heat testing, ceramic, firing, ashing and thermocouple calibration.   16. 16. SPOT EXTRUSION SYSTEM.  These unit is used for exhaust fumes from anywhere on the table. It rotates 360 Degrees on table, also in upward and downward at any angle and is exhausts fumes up to 10 mt / sec. at a time.  MOC is aluminum, exhaust blower PP / FRP.
