 Handling the Operation related activity.
 Maintain resource attendance weekly Basic.
 Managing 50 Network L1 resources.
 On Monthly basic approving attendance and Claim of the resources.
 Sourcing and screening of potential candidates against job.
 Briefing the candidate about our services, and Job profile.
 Updated resources attendance in PRMS Portal weekly basic.
 Taking care of the Induction part of the new Joanie’s.
 Post candidate selection taking care till the resources deployed on site.
 Perpried and Shared the monthly Project revenue with the senior management.

 Preparing the resources Invoices and share with the finance Dept.
 Keeping track of the PO’s and Invoices.

Responsibilities:-
 Managing IT Support Desk for SCB IT west region.
 Handling day to days IT related users call and providing support over the phone for SCB BKC Site.
 Managing call for coordination between users and various support teams.
 Providing online remote support to end users through Phone, Email, and Remote Desktop Assistance.
 Assigning support person on local issues for SCB BKC site.
 Preparing Daily, weekly & monthly call Reports and publish all stake holders.
 Blackberry and I-phone Configuration & activation.
 Preparing various checklists like OS Rebuilding, Configuration of New Laptop/desktops as per the SCB
standard, BCP (Business continuity Plan), Laptop & desktop De-commission, etc...
 Managing Remedy tool for monitoring and closing daily user’s calls and RMS and publishing day report
to all stake holders.
 Maintaining IT Asset Inventory for BKC Site.
 Configuration & updating BCP (Business Continuity Plan) machines.
 Handing Branch Visit Tracker and update status according.
 Adherence and compliance to company Security and Quality policies
 Follow process as per Global Standards and in line with ITIL.
 Ensure that all service level agreements (SLA’s) with clients are met.
 Need to manage the Remedy console & ensure that all calls will be closed within time frame.
 Network IP assigning & local printer configuration & troubleshooting.
Engineers Performance Reporting:-
 Collecting Monthly appreciation mails from various locations engineers and sending across to MIS Team.
 Scheduling weekly training and publishing the report.
 Providing First level IT training to new employees.
 Fully Responsible for every Resource joining and relieving formalities as per the SCB standard.
 Preparing and publishing daily and monthly all Engineers attended sheet to all stake holders
 Preparing Time & Skill matrix report for all Engineers.
 Training needs identification for team members (Both Technical & Non-Technical). According to same
need to arrange training every Saturday.
 Preparing Weekly Customer Satisfaction Report as per the remedy call, RMS flow &providing suggestion
for way of improvement in monthly meeting.
 Publishing SCB west engineer’s productivity reports to stakeholders.
Projects:-
 Handing FDE project for west region and publishing daily report to all stake holders.
 VPN Migration for SCB west region in which we have migrated around 500 users form token users to
certificate users.
 Handled EKYC finger scanner project for west branch location.
