Collecting Monthly appreciation mails from various locations engineers and sending across to MIS Team.
Scheduling weekly training and publishing the report.
Providing First level IT training to new employees.
Fully Responsible for every Resource joining and relieving formalities as per the SCB standard.
Preparing and publishing daily and monthly all Engineers attended sheet to all stake holders
Preparing Time & Skill matrix report for all Engineers.
Training needs identification for team members (Both Technical & Non-Technical). According to same
need to arrange training every Saturday.
Preparing Weekly Customer Satisfaction Report as per the remedy call, RMS flow &providing suggestion
for way of improvement in monthly meeting.
Publishing SCB west engineer’s productivity reports to stakeholders.

Handing FDE project for west region and publishing daily report to all stake holders.
VPN Migration for SCB west region in which we have migrated around 500 users form token users to
certificate users.
Handled EKYC finger scanner project for west branch location.
