> Blueprint & Design – Work with client team to finalize a project plan and schedule, confirm business objectives, and construct a proof of
concept to determine how Oracle will satisfy the business requirements and identify and estimate all gaps.
> Configure & Build –Construct the system solution. Activities include module setup and configuration; detail design of Reports, Interfaces,
Conversions and Enhancements (RICE’s); coding the RICE’s; unit testing RICE’s and modules.
