The Enlightened Coach program aims to equip people who have a keen interest to
coach with the essential knowledge. This program is backed by extensive
research and gives you a range of products at your disposal to become a
successful one. You start with the gathering of scientific information and offer to
your client a proven methodology of support that will enable you to be a proficient
and capable Coach.
This program helps you understand what it takes to become a successful coach
and teaches you the formulae to become one. When you go through The
Enlightened Coach, you can cut short your learning cycle and be on par amongst
world class coaches. .
This program is segmented into various sections:
Part 1: In this section, you will learn the fundamentals of C-VAT theory
and how it works. When you have completed this section, you
would master how to read your Participants accurately and how
to help them raise their self-awareness.
Part 2: In the second section, you will learn about the various human
behaviors and what they mean to the Participants. Part 2 also
introduces the various tools, techniques and framework at your
disposal and teaches you how to apply them.
Part 3: When you reach this stage, you would have your fundamentals
well laid out. Starting from this section, you will be taught the
finer points of coaching and how to do it successfully.
Part 4: In the final section, we have placed essential materials to enable
you to start coaching.
Differences between C-VAT and other coaching methodology
If you have experienced C-VAT and its methodology, you would know the
exciting possibilities that it offers. If these are all new to you, you would soon
be intrigued by it. Firstly, the Personal Value Profile (PVP) allows you to
understand the inner ‘clockwork’ of your Participant. Understanding how
your Participant functions would make it easier for you to assist him. Our
belief is that, in order to move forward, the answer is to look inwards.
Secondly, when you help people improve, it is not merely to provide a
temporary solution. As an Enlightened Coach, you will raise their level of
self-awareness and reframe their beliefs for a lasting change. With this, you
can identify their training needs and help your Participant map out a
concrete action plan to attain their personal and career goals.
The third difference between C-VAT and other coaching methodology is that
you are also equipped with different Frameworks that help your Participant
understand and relate to the problems that he has.

When you have completed this section, you would master how to read your Participants accurately and how to help them raise their self-awareness. Part 2: In the second section, you will learn about the various human behaviors and what they mean to the Participants. Part 2 also introduces the various tools, techniques and framework at your disposal and teaches you how to apply them. Part 3: When you reach this stage, you would have your fundamentals well laid out. Starting from this section, you will be taught the finer points of coaching and how to do it successfully. Part 4: In the final section, we have placed essential materials to enable you to start coaching. Differences between C-VAT and other coaching methodology If you have experienced C-VAT and its methodology, you would know the exciting possibilities that it offers. If these are all new to you, you would soon be intrigued by it. Firstly, the Personal Value Profile (PVP) allows you to understand the inner ‘clockwork’ of your Participant. Understanding how your Participant functions would make it easier for you to assist him. Our belief is that, in order to move forward, the answer is to look inwards. Secondly, when you help people improve, it is not merely to provide a temporary solution. As an Enlightened Coach, you will raise their level of self-awareness and reframe their beliefs for a lasting change.
